To defend and preserve our members' rights and interests via collective bargaining, assistance, and advocacy. We are committed to improving working conditions, ensuring fair salaries, and fostering a safe and equitable workplace for all.

To be a driving force in building a fair and equitable workplace in where every employee's voice is heard, appreciated, and empowered. We foresee a future in which all members have equitable treatment, opportunities for progress, and strong, unified representation that drives constructive change in our sectors and communities.

Legal support & representation

We represent members in disputes with employers, including grievances, disciplinary actions, workplace issue and provide legal support for members facing workplace injustices, such as unfair dismissals or discrimination.
