To defend and preserve our members' rights and interests via collective bargaining, assistance, and advocacy. We are committed to improving working conditions, ensuring fair salaries, and fostering a safe and equitable workplace for all.
To be a driving force in building a fair and equitable workplace in where every employee's voice is heard, appreciated, and empowered.
